The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries we had. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with fresh towels and daily room adjustments.
One thing that was disappointing was the limited view from the room, as the Eiffel Tower was only partially visible due to surrounding buildings. the receptionist was quite rude and made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. There was convenient parking right outside the hotel. It was also located very close to two metro stations, making transportation around the city easy.

I loved the hotel's location, right next to the Eiffel Tower and with easy access to metro stations. It was convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

We had a little mishap with our reservation at Baldi By Magna Arbor, but the staff handled it amazingly well. They quickly resolved the issue and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, making it easy to explore the city. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
